Use Cloud Computing Services to Improve Mobile Apps

The benefits of the cloud are known by all mobile app developers. But not all are taking advantage of cloud computing services   to make their lives easier.
The cloud and the mobile market are inextricably linked. Smartphone storage space is inadequate to contain all the information in a database. Mobile developers get around this by placing the bulk of the code in the cloud. Many mobile apps are simple frontends to a sophisticated backend. The two are seamlessly connected and the combination provides an integrated experience, which caters to the app’s customers.
Many mobile start-ups and ventures are formed by hobbyists who love gadgets and technology. They begin with their mobile app backend on their private local server to take advantage of technology that they already own.
However, apps can rise to prominence unexpectedly. A private local server can easily be overloaded and the mobile frontend will appear buggy to consumers. Immediately adding bandwidth and hardware is problematic. However, time is precious in the mobile app world market. The window for the app to prove itself is short. There is always another app.
By migrating the backend server to the cloud, bandwidth and hardware can be increased with a simple phone call to the cloud provider. Instead of developers securing the backend server, the provider can be responsible for maintenance, backup and network monitoring. The developers can concentrate on improving the code.
Cloud computing services   shouldn’t be an afterthought for mobile app developers. It forms an integral part of a successful mobile development strategy.
